This office project is the result of combined efforts from the local staff of MetLife, the international Design and Construction team of MetLife, and PM70 architects. Developed in a single floor, unique due to their large dimensions, wide open views and the interior courtyard, space flows without frontiers.

Workstations are organized in lines and emphasize comfort and privacy. Each one has its own storage space and their individual whiteboard. An intermediate area for common use promotes collaboration, and solves future growth at the same time.

Enclosed areas are mainly located in the center of the floorplan and consist in different size of offices, a variety of meeting rooms and telephone booths. The two larger rooms can be integrated into one, big enough to accommodate 50 people. An acoustic mobile partition can be folded, and the furniture, composed by bending  tables and stackable chairs, can be reconfigured in many different ways. The meeting rooms feature top-level audio systems, including automation and videoconferencing equipment.

The cafeteria, known as the Club, offers diversity of meeting points, such as a bar, high tables by the window and a coach in L with tables under a pergola, used for work and lunch.

The project was designed to certify LEED in the Silver category.
